DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)— Reszi, LLC (“Reszi ”or, the “Company”) announced today that it has closed a new $213 million aggregation facility with Deutsche Bank AG, New York Branch (“Deutsche Bank”).

The new facility will enable the Company to continue expanding its national footprint, allowing Reszi to execute its strategy to open two new markets in 2024 and 2025. “We’re pleased to have earned such a strong commitment from Deutsche Bank,” said Tyler Arrington, the Company’s Chief Investment Officer. “We believe this positions Reszi’s capital structure to align with other national single-family operators.”
