Reszi, LLC Announces $10 Million Equity Commitment from Dallas-based Family Office

Dallas, TX – October 10, 2025

Reszi, an institutional single-family rental (SFR) platform, today announced it has secured a $10 million equity commitment from a Dallas-based family office into its sixth fund (Fund VI).

 

With just $18 million in equity capacity remaining, Reszi Fund VI is moving toward a final close which is anticipated to be November 5th, 2025.

Reszi currently operates across Texas, Arizona, and Florida, where it manages a portfolio of newly constructed single-family rental homes from national builders (no- build risk). The company reports high occupancy and renewal rates across its properties, reflecting ongoing demand for professionally managed rental housing.

The $213 million structured debt facility and equity commitments are designed to support Reszi’s strategy of acquiring and managing single-family rental homes in select U.S. markets. Fund VI is expected to close within the next 26 days, and remaining equity capacity is limited.
